Sitting Room/Dining Room: An elegantly furnished room which includes a Smart TV, two sofas, arm chairs, oak dining table seating 6. Beamed ceiling, oak floor and original stone chimney breast with a log burner. There is a hatch through into the kitchen with a breakfast bar and two comfortable wooden stools.

Stairs up to the first floor with wooden and rope handrails, exposed stone wall and panelling leading to the carpeted first floor bedrooms.

Kitchen: a new, fully integrated and well equipped kitchen including a dishwasher, microwave, gas oven and hob and fridge. This room retains much of its old charm with a beamed ceiling terracotta stone floor and natural wood worktops.

Bedroom 1: Facing Fisherhead, this is a well appointed double size bedroom with a double bed, two bedside cabinets. Either side of the cast iron fireplace are traditional built in wardrobes, at the foot of the bed an ottoman. Two original sash windows overlook the School House field and on the far side, the red roofs of Robin Hoods Bay.

Bathroom: A modern bathroom with double walk-in shower and rain head shower, WC, washbasin with mirrored cabinet over and light, heated towel rail.

Bedroom 3: This loft room is the ideal place for older children, or those who want to get away from it all. With a white painted floor and beamed ceiling there are twin beds with bedside cabinet and lamp between,  beanbags and a wall mounted Smart TV. the top of the stairs is gated. 

there are no blinds in this bedroom so it is best suited to early risers!

Outside Shinny: Tucked away to the rear of the cottage is a useful outhouse in which you will find a washing machine/tumble dryer and storage available for bikes, wellies, wet suits etc. Steep steps up from the backdoor of the kitchen to access.
